The brief

We were commissioned to support the development, establishment and integration of Inverarity Morton’s Social and Environmental Sustainability (SES) Strategy by creating a tailored framework for the senior leadership team to resource and action across the business.

What we did

The process began with a Credentials Consultation Session to gather information on current social and environmental achievements across the business. This information, along with sector-specific research, informed the production and delivery of a full day coaching session with the Senior Leadership Team which helped with the dissemination, communications and socialisation of Inverarity Morton’s SES Strategy. We also developed green-claims compliant key messaging for their marketing team to support internal and external engagement with their evolving sustainability goals.

“Inverarity Morton’s partnership with Material has been transformative for our sustainability efforts. They were instrumental in developing a comprehensive Sustainability and Environmental Strategy, whilst guiding us to prioritise initiatives and implement structured progress tracking. Their holistic approach ensured sustainability has become integral to our operations, from carbon footprint reduction to supplier engagement. Material’s support has been invaluable in aligning our business practices with our environmental values, setting us on a path towards a greener future”
